Empowering you to establish a regular meditation practice that suits your lifestyle & discover your own mindfulness toolkit to create a balanced and happy life

This is my signature mindfulness group mentor program where you Mind Your Mind - with my east meets west approach of a mix of traditional Buddhist wisdom and western neuroscience. 

Mind Your Mind is for the person who knows that having a regular mindfulness practice is one of the most powerful tools we have to handle the pressures and challenges of life with a sense of joy, balance and calm and would like a supporting hand to rebuild or keep your practice on track.

We meet each fortnight, usually on a Monday at 7pm, but that is flexible depending on student's needs. 

Highlights include:

  • Mindfulness and Metaphysics (chakras/self-healing) teachings based on Buddhist Wisdom and Neuroscience - which you get to choose the topic based on my suggestions or relating to challenges you are experiencing
  • Be encouraged and inspired to keep momentum with regular meditation & mindfulness practices
  • ​Be held accountable and kept motivated with practice sheets and weekly check-ins in the private Messenger chat
  • ​Have direct access to ask for advice or support around the challenges you are facing at the moment
  • Be supported by other like-minded people and make friendships with people who are going through the same life experiences as you are.
  • Plus, you get to enjoy and relax with a guided meditation which is often tailored to the topic we discussed during that session - how cool is that?!
  • Plus there's more 😊 you get to vote on the topics for, as well as FREE access to my monthly Mindful Masterclasses.

This program is ongoing and you can join at anytime that you are ready.

Membership is for 3 months at a time. You are welcome to pop in for one round or to stay around for years like some of my other students have.

All of this with your own personal mindfulness and metaphysics coach to help you mind your mind and bring back balance to your life.
