Are you ready to unleash the warrior within to find freedom in your mind and heart, with simple mindfulness techniques that don't require you to meditate every day!?
Throughout this six-week course, Nat will guide you through the inner workings of your mind so that you're better able to recognise and reduce your stress to help you heal and increase your ability to thrive during the stress and overwhelm of your busy life.
This course incorporates two of the very methods that have helped me and many others to calm our nervous system, heal and create courage, calm, connection, clarity and cheerfulness.
1st - My signature CALM Method. Incorporating the very tools and techniques I used to calm my nervous system and heal! Using Compassion, Appreciation, Laughter and Mindfulness, you too can create your own miracle.
2nd - My signature ‘Mindfulness in Action’ approach which teaches busy, multi-tasking people how to use these tools to create an instant sense of calm amongst the chaos of modern life (even if they have no time to sit and meditate).
