I'm excited to share my new Masterclass  Developing Intuition for the Anxious Mind 

I often here my students talk about how they have so much going on in their mind, how they’re having trouble letting go, overthinking, constantly doing and just trying to keep up with all that’s happening in their lives … and most of all …. Worried about what’s coming next, not being able to surrender and trust that all will be well.

I realised one of the things that is often missing from those who feel anxious and overwhelmed is the ability to trust your intuition.

I mean it totally makes sense … how can you trust your instincts when your instincts are constantly telling you that something is wrong?

When we are stressed, anxious and overwhelmed we are caught in the natural stress response of fight, flight or freeze and our body and mind is on high alert, looking out for any dangers that may threaten our sense of safety.

Our mind is often going a million miles an hour, we’re thinking about things that could happen in the future or going over things that happened in the past. 

Our body is feeling it too – increased heart rate, shallow breathing, adrenalin and cortisol running through our body, brain fog, exhaustion…

Ugh – who hates feeling like that? I know I do!

Where on the other hand, INTUITION comes from a place of peace and calm, being in the present moment and most of all, TRUSTING.

Three simple things that don’t come easily to those who have been in a state of chronic stress or anxiety for a long period of time.

So I decided to create this Masterclass to give you some tips and tools to help you trust your intuition, even if you’re feeling anxious.
