There are a lot of pieces that come together to support us in finding our Zen and meditation is the key. Nat has been on her own self-healing journey for over 20 years and has bundled up the most enriching and fulfilling package to support you on your own self-healing journey.

To be able to heal and grow you need to be able to cultivate that sense of calm and to feel grounded regardless of what is happening in your life. In the Circle, we achieve this with the traditional Buddhist style meditations.
It is also important to release the things that are causing us stress. A special full moon meditation and ritual will help you gain perspective on what's on your mind and leave you feeling lighter.
We also tune into the energy of the new moon to manifest what your heart truly desires. Having hope and connection with your goals creates a sense of purpose and joy.
Balancing and clearing our energy field is crucial for feeling more in flow with our life. We do that with a guided mystical chakra balance meditation.
But it doesn't end there, we also do other meditations to help support you including pain management, relaxation, and meditations tailored to specific areas affecting your emotional wellbeing.
Combined with our members-only area, access to Nat and connecting with a group of like-minded souls, you have the perfect package to support you on your self-healing journey.

Circle Inclusions
2 Live Meditations per week

Thursdays at 6.30am (combined with my class at Umina Beach SLSC)
(Sydney time).

Each session includes a short introduction, a guided meditation, followed by questions and a group conversation at the end.

All recordings will be sent to you via email for you to do at your leisure, giving you unlimited access to guided meditations.
Your own personal Meditation & Wellness Coach

Payments are made as an automatic deduction through Paypal.

Each term runs for a period of 9 weeks.

Your term membership will happily be moved to the next term if you have signed up and are no longer able to attend for medical or other limiting reason,

Partial refunds may be considered after the term has commenced if you are unable to attend for medical or other limiting reasons, minus a $25 administration fee.

If you select the payment plan option of 4x $48 payments and decide to drop out of the Circle, you are still committed to finish your payment plan.

A minimum of six participants are required to run a term.
How it Works
How do I join the sessions?
The 2 live meditation sessions are held each week via Zoom. Zoom allows both of us to be on video (if you choose to) and also allows us to interact.
The Thursday morning class is shared with my in-person group at the Umina Beach Surf Life Saving Club. If you live locally or are holidaying on the Central Coast you are welcome to join that session for an additional $10 (that assists with the room hire fee).
If you would like to attend one in person and one online session regularly then let me know and I'll work out a payment option.

What if I can't attend all the live sessions?
You will also receive a recording of the meditation session if you're unable to attend the live.

Does the Circle run all year?
The Circle runs for four nine-week programs each year. The new program commences at the start of each school term. You are welcome to join in for one term and then stay for as long as you would like support with your meditation and self-healing journey.

Do I need any meditation experience for these classes?
Not at all, I'll be guiding you through the meditation sequence.
​
Will you be teaching me how to meditate?
I will not be giving any theoretical teachings on how to meditate, for those you can join my Meditation & Mindfulness for Wellbeing course. However, I will be guiding you through a meditation sequence, you will be able to see me on camera and can ask me any questions to ensure you're comfortable with your practice :)

I can't meditate but I really need to work on my emotional wellbeing, what do I do?
Meditation doesn't come easy to many people, we all have to use great amounts of patience and discipline to sit on the cushion. But you know what? When you'll start to see the benefits to our mental and physical health, you'll realise it's worth it.

About Nat
Nat found her way to meditation in 2015, when her doctors told her that she would be blind in 3 months time.
She knew that there had to be a way that she could regain control of her mind and heal her body, so she devoted her time to meditation, mindfulness and the metaphysics of eyesight.
Her dedicated meditation practice and determination to calm her mind and heal her body paid off, her vision didn't deteriorate to blindness, and 4 years later, in 2019, Nat's sight was regained through miracle eye surgery.
Nat is an Associate Member of Meditation Australia, a certified Buddhist Meditation Teacher, Wellness Coach, Chakra Intuitive and ACT Mindfully Practitioner. She loves sharing the healing benefits of meditation and mindfulness with people and watching their lives transform as well.
